Terms & Conditions – ph388 Online Gaming Platform

1. Definitions & Interpretation

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Security & Member Responsibilities

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ph388 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event, as published on the Platform at the time of wagering. By placing a wager on ph388, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

ph388 reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event or game where a pricing or technical error has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds or payouts. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Member's wallet. ph388's decision in such matters is final and binding.

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. ph388 does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific event and may suspend in-play betting at any time where market integrity cannot be assured.

The maximum payout applicable to any single bet or parlay combination is ₱5,000,000 or the limit specified for the relevant market, whichever is lower, unless a specific higher limit has been agreed in writing with ph388. ph388 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Member at its sole discretion.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time ph388 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to specific terms including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements (rollover), time limits, minimum odds, and game restrictions, which are published alongside the relevant promotion.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money wallet balances. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. ph388 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, hedging bets across accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear rollover without genuine gaming intent — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus balances.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph388 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to open an account;

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage;

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph388 platform — including but not limited to the ph388 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to ph388 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ph388 content without prior written consent from ph388.

10. Limitation of Liability

ph388's total liability to any Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount of that Member's wallet balance at the time the claim arises, or ₱10,000, whichever is greater.

Upon account closure for reasons other than Member-initiated closure or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money wallet balance will be returned to the Member via the primary payment method on file, after deduction of any amounts owed to ph388 and subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the ph388 platform, or any transaction carried out through the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members are required to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting ph388 support via live chat. ph388 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of formal notification. For disputes concerning specific bet outcomes, ph388's decision following review of the relevant game logs shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory regulatory appeals process applicable under PAGCOR rules.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ph388 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ph388 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Members via the Platform or by SMS to registered mobile numbers. Continued use of the ph388 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
